These are the clients that are generally most trusted by the 2b2t community. Future requires a login and purchase to get access to the client. Most of these are offered by the client's own personal site. This section will discuss most of the used clients on 2b2t and rank them based on their usage by the common player. This is so that players don't get instantly killed by others, fly like in creative mode, gain server operator status through forceop, generate thousands of chunks every minute etc.
This is enforced by plugins on the 2b server itself. Most hacks on hacked clients are acceptable for use on the server however certain hacks, such as speed and flight, have limits to their usage or otherwise don't work in order for the gameplay to be fair. In fact, players on 2b have even coded their own hacked clients. Any newfags should keep this in mind, and should be open to the frame of thinking that all players are using a hacked client on a daily basis. Since it is such a large part of regular day to day activity on the server, using clients are almost a must and not using one is essentially crazy. Since 2b2t is an anarchy server, which means almost nothing is off limits in terms of Minecraft, it allows for players to use these clients and are actually a part of everyday life on 2b. You can jump and land into any depth of water from any height and not receive any damage at all.Pertaining to 2b2t To get down you can used stairs, and ladders (both as mentioned) or destroy a block and place a bucket of water which will create a 1 by 1 block of water. Another way to get back up is to first pour out a bucket of water at the top of a shaft and use that to swim back up when you are at the bottom. They are convenient as you only need a 1 by 1 square shaft to get back up. To get back up, you can also craft and use ladders. I mentioned stairs, but that isn't the only way to get up and down in a shaft mine.
You can also actually place stairs which are convenient since jumping up blocks takes more energy and with stairs you can just walk back up.īe careful not to dig straight down as you can dig into existing caves, receive damage and possibly fall into lava. The main way to shaft mine is to dig a staircase leaving you enough room to jump your way back to the surface. Shaft mining involves just digging on your own in the pursuit of ores. Wood - great to have in case you need to build tools, crafting table, torches, etc.
